Rati Chomakhidze
Born in 1972. In 1995, graduated from the Architecture and Art History Faculty of the Tbilisi State Academy of Arts with a degree in Architecture.
After graduation, worked as an architect first at the company “Arsi” (1998–2007), and later at “Studio-Arsi” (2007–2014). In 2014, founded his own architectural practice — “Atelier Architects”, which he continues to lead to this day.
In 2015–2016 and from 2018 to the present, he has been engaged in teaching activities as a visiting lecturer at the Architecture and Art History Faculty of the Tbilisi State Academy of Arts.
He is the author, co-author, and a member of author teams for numerous residential, commercial, and public building projects. Notable works include:
- “Danish House” commercial and office building (2002–2003)
- Residential apartment buildings on T. Abuladze Street and Chavchavadze Avenue (2007–2013)
- Residential buildings on L. Kiacheli Street (2014–2015)
- Development near the Hippodrome area (2013)
- Chavchavadze Ave. #75 (2019–2020)
- National Bank “Money Museum” (2010)
- Multifunctional district development plan in Akhaltsikhe (2010)
- General Land Use Plan of Telavi (2018)
- Temka Gorge Park project
- Vere Park rehabilitation project (2021–2023)
